Dear Pawfectly Delicious Community,

What a year it’s been. As in past years, our Pawfectly Delicious team continues to be incredibly grateful for the support of our customers, retail partners, community partners, volunteers, friends and families. Without you and your generous contributions, donations and purchases, our mission to provide meaningful work for adults with disabilities would not be possible.

I am so proud of our team and all that we have accomplished this year to grow our organization, enhance our employee workplace experience and provide outstanding products to our customers. Here are a few of our 2024 highlights I’m proud to share with you:

• We grew our team to 11 employees, officially adding Ben and Lizzy to the team.

• We added a remote Pawfectly Delicious location in Tennessee where our long-time team member Joey continues to bake treats.

• Our sales grew exponentially across the board, with a 7% increase in retail sales, 34% increase in online sales and 43% increase in wholesale purchases.

• We expanded our Employee Wellness Initiative to incorporate music therapy, yoga and/or nutrition and movement sessions into each workday.

• We redesigned our packaging, converting to 100% compostable bags for both our four- and eight-ounce dog treat products.

• We executed our first major fundraising event, “Paws & Pours,” and nearly doubled our fundraising goal for the event – (*Stay tuned for 2025 Paws & Pours event details coming in the new year!)

• We added new retail and community partners to the Pawfectly Delicious family and established impactful partnerships with several like-minded organizations who share in our mission.  

All of this while continuing to work hard each day to grow our brand awareness and collaborate with businesses that share our passion for providing the dignity of paid work to adults with disabilities.

And next year, we plan to do even more. Stay tuned to hear more in January about the big plans we have in store for 2025.  But for now, our team is taking a well-deserved holiday break so we can enjoy time with our friends, family, and, of course, our four-legged friends.
