Our Leadership Team
Anne Tuccillo,
Co-Founder & Executive Director
Anne is the Executive Director and along with her son Bryan founded Pawfectly Delicious Dog Treats. After a fulfilling 33 year career in public service, Anne retired from the Education Department’s Office of Federal Student Aid in 2017. Having a bit more free time provided the perfect opportunity to lay the foundation for launching the nonprofit. Anne is involved in every aspect of the organization and you will find her baking treats, decorating, packing, shipping and handling most of the administrative duties. Anne is fortunate to have a supportive Board of Directors as well as support from the community and from the families of the differently-abled adults that are working and receiving job training as team members of Pawfectly Delicious. Anne and her husband Bob live in Alexandria, Virginia and have two sons, Bryan, the co-founder of Pawfectly Delicious and Patrick, a Captain in the US Army. Their family was made complete with the addition of Friday, a Whoodle who is a loving and protective companion for Bryan.
Anne strongly believes there is no greater reward one can receive than to create an inclusive environment for adults with disabilities that celebrates their unique talents and abilities within their own community. Clearly, it is the hardest job she’s ever loved.
