As we step into 2025, The Board of Directors of Pawfectly Delicious Dog Treats is thrilled to share our goals for the year, centered around four key objectives that will drive our mission forward. Our commitment to providing meaningful work and job training for adults with disabilities remains at the heart of everything we do.

Our Pawfectly Delicious Dog Treats 2025 goals include:

1. Life and Job Skill Enrichment: Our first objective is to enhance our programs to further develop our team members' job and life skills. We aim to showcase the positive impact these programs have on our team members and boost community engagement. By offering enrichment activities such as wellness, nutrition and music, we hope to enrich the lives of our team members, serve as a role model for other organizations, and strengthen our ties with the community.

2. Talent Acquisition and Empowerment: We are committed to expanding our team through strategic hiring and volunteer recruitment. By providing inclusive, paid work opportunities to more disabled adults and empowering our current team members, we will strive to create a more dynamic and inclusive work environment. Increasing our dedicated volunteer base will offer additional support to accommodate our growing number of employees. This approach will enable us to better serve our mission and foster the growth and development of our team members.

3. Multi-Channel Revenue Growth: Diversifying and expanding our revenue sources is crucial for our sustainability. In 2025, we plan to establish new Board committees and partnerships to explore various revenue channels. This includes expanding our retail presence, enhancing our online sales, holding our annual fundraiser “Paws and Pours,” and exploring new fundraising opportunities. By doing so, we can ensure the continued success and growth of Pawfectly Delicious Dog Treats.

4. Impact Measurement and Decision Making:  To make informed decisions and track the effectiveness of our programs, goals and objectives,  we will develop systems for impact measurement. These systems will help us gather valuable data on our initiatives, allowing us to continuously improve and adapt our programs to better meet the needs of our employees and stakeholders. By focusing on data-driven decision making, we can ensure that our efforts are making a meaningful difference.

We are excited about the opportunities that 2025 holds and are grateful for the continued support of our community. Together, we can make this year a milestone in our journey towards inclusivity, empowerment, and delicious treats for all.
